All beast genetics belts are measured to be worn around your waist. Measurements are indicative and may vary.

Postage Cost & Delivery

We endeavor to process and dispatch orders promptly and efficiently to ensure the fastest delivery. The estimated delivery time for your order is 2 - 3 weeks. If you need a product by a specific date, please call us on (+61) 0424 420 287. 

 

Our main carriers are Australia Post Express Post & Australia Post eParcel. Our postage fees are based on the size and weight of your order and any charges will be quoted during checkout.  

 

Please ensure the address for your order shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation are correct. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. Beast Genetics cannot accommodate all address change requests and takes no responsibility for orders posted to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

Secure Payment Options

Beast Genetics accepts PayPal for a faster and safer way to make payments online. With PayPal, you can make secure payments online and you don't have to worry about sharing financial information. You can choose to pay using your PayPal account balances, bank accounts, credit or debit cards. And you don't even need your own PayPal account. PayPal processes payment so as soon as you pay, so we can process your order that day. 

Returns

Beast Genetics are committed to customer satisfaction. If there is a major defect with the product, we may issue a replacement item. If the customer select the wrong size belt, Beast Genetics will swap the product over however both shipping cost MUST be covered by the customer, this includes shipping to Beast Genetics HQ and also back to the customers address.

 

Simply register your intent to joel@beastgenetics.com within 10 business days of receipt of our product. Once you have been registered, we will provide you with a return item confirmation number.

 

Please ensure you attach a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase and our returns confirmation number when returning the faulty item for a replacement product. We recommend sending return items via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. The return postage fee will be incurred by you. 

 

We do not refund based on change of mind, ordered the incorrect product, damaged product by misuse, or result from usual wear and tear.
